Also tell your health care professional if you have any other types of allergies, such as to foods, dyes, preservatives, or animals. For non-prescription products, read the label or package ingredients carefully. Clopidogrel is used alone or together with aspirin to lessen the chance of a heart attack or stroke. Acute coronary syndrome is a condition where the blood flow to the heart is blocked.

Breastfeeding

Do not change your dose or stop taking this medicine without checking first with your doctor. If you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Using this medicine with any of the following medicines is not recommended.
